ca. 1937, the barrel was still made of hard rubber
gefertigt.
Very beautiful fittings with embossing.
These were presumably cast; when viewed with a magnifying glass
one can see a so-called parting line, typical of a clam-shell mold
manufacturing process.
Die Writers Edition VOLTAIRE trägt ähnliche Beschläge,
which however are not worked out as filigranly as in this L72.
